March 6 & 8: Wise Women & Brave Girls Weekend

Talking Wise Women & Brave Girls
What: An evening of readings and music honoring the contributions and struggles of women and girls.

Celebrate & Fight for Women & Girls
What: A rally to stand up for women’s rights and girls’ futures.

March 8: International Women’s Day
Tillamook Coast Action
What: An event with a Women’s Resistance art show, live music, speakers with Q&A and story sharing sessions, local resource and information booths, poster making, learning to knit and crochet Norwegian, Red Hats of Resistance and Resistance Frog hats, “Voodoo doll” crafts, postcard table, and a taco piñata raffle. Accepting donations to Tides of Change.When: Sunday, March 8, 2:30 p.m.-5:30 p.m.
