“Five Pastors, One Question”
Shared by Indivisible Lincoln City organizer Shar Walbaum:
Theocracy is a mode of government in which officials are seen as divinely guided, and religious law is pre-eminent. Our democracy, in contrast, was founded on the separation of church from state, and the embrace of religious pluralism. The effort to transform it into a theocracy is happening right here, right now. It is an old story — religious belief being exploited for political power. Can we derail it?
