Indivisible North Curry County shared images of the demonstrations in Port Orford, Gold Beach, and Brookings.

They reported: “In Port Orford, where we are headquartered – population 1500 – 165 attendees – 11% of the population… In Gold Beach – population 2460 – 250 attendees – 10.16%… In Brookings – population 6700 – 300 attendees – 4.4 %. The most conservative town in our county, and we still went over the 3.5 %…Together, those totals make No Kings 3 the largest peaceful protest in Curry County, Oregon history!”

Monamarie McCreary with Indivisible Justice for All shared photos and described an activity called Future Voter Fun Zone: “One of our local artists made these props for the kids. Kids got to vote on their favorites ice cream, etc. You can see a Mom and daughter with their pint sized signs that we had in their area along with bubbles, kazoos, sidewalk chalk and coloring too. The kids’ area was well received, so we’ll do it again! Perhaps it’ll make it easier for younger parents to bring their kids with them.”
