Portland Metro Indivisible Network (PMIN) is going to partner with the City of Portland for Welcoming Week, Sep.10-19.
Welcoming Week is a celebration of the resilience, hope and culture of refugees and immigrants that began in 2012 and has grown into a national effort featuring thousands of events.
This year includes nine days of events, and the PMIN crew will be at three of them to showcase how to be involved in democracy and help get out the vote. All are welcome, and PMIN would love to have you stop by their table.
Join PMIN at these exciting events:
- Sep. 12: Safe Communities – Community Safety & Public Safety Resource Fair takes place at the IRCO gym, 4–7:00 p.m.
- Sep. 15: Civic Engagement – Voter Registration & Civic Education takes place at Portland Large Community Room 2A, 5–7:00 p.m.
