As spring is starting to bust out, you can bring some of that uplifting green sprouting energy inside.
I love taking a few cuttings of budding trees, bushes or plants and putting them in a vase on my kitchen table.
These vital objects are powerful reminders that everything is in motion and that the dark times do always give way to light.
Use this time of year as a time to take stock of what new beginnings you’re excited to see unfold in your own life.
When there is much difficult work to be done for democracy today, we must also remember to nourish all parts of ourselves in our lives, be that with food, friends, creativity, spirituality, movement, exercise, study or art.
Pay attention to what’s alive for you this spring and nourish those tender shoots.
